Léoty After more than one year of research and development within the companies incubator supported by the council of the department of Charente Maritime, Geneviève THOMAS and Damien BOUGREAU created coach immobilier in January 2008. Beginning with the observation that the purchase formalities to buy a house, a flat or a building site has highly increased, and with their respective experiences in financing and property business, everything is set up to provide quality service of accompaniment for the property buyer on La Rochelle. From the project financial study to the property research, each client has the best solution suiting to its needs with a fully transparent and honest service. Today, after one year of activity, curiosity and enthusiasm, strictness and perseverance have brought many fruitful partnerships expanding these services, and a national development is now beginning with the opening of new agencies on different areas of the country. A fortiori on a less favourable time for transactions as it could be in 2009, this new way to grasp the property market proved its efficiency. More and more clients appreciate this independence to the suggested properties and these personalized services doing everything to defend their best interests.
